We hire experienced engineers—people who’ve shipped production systems, debugged hard problems, and learned from mistakes. We care less about credentials and more about demonstrated capability and curiosity.

What we value:

• Depth in at least one area, breadth across many
• Clear communication, written and verbal
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete requirements
• Genuine interest in understanding problems before solving them
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others

We don’t require:

• Specific degrees or certifications
• Previous consulting experience
• A perfect resume with no gaps
